Premron Sizer Feeder

Premron Sizer Feeder is a mine compliant machine and offers complete optimisation.

With a hopper capacity of up to 10T, the machine sizes the product and feeds into the Premron CHS (nom-100mm), acting as a buffer between the Continuous Miner and the Premron CHS. The Sizer Feeder can be operated via its Pendant or Radio Remote Control allowing safe operation of the tracked vehicle.

Additionally, the Sizer Feeder can be used as a mobile clean up machine, or set up to side load onto belt conveyor and/or mobile boot end.

The Sizer Feeder offers complete optimisation, with additional storage for roof bolts, roof mesh and monorail, hydraulic system (which can include Spot Bolters), dust suppression, pivoting outloading conveyor, monorail mounting platform and has added flexibility allowing the miner to move and continue cutting independent of the Premron CHS system.

Built to strict underground mine compliance, the Premron CHS will withstand extreme conditions whilst delivering a safer and more efficient material handling solution.

It is a bespoke Feeder Breaker which will provide consistent sized product to the Premron Continuous Haulage System or other outbye equipment.
